This was confirmed by Mark Edghill, the immediate past president of the Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA), during an interview with the Sunday Business Guardian last week.
Edghill, who has served as AREA president for the past eight years, said the increase in activity is due to attractive interest rates and job security in the middle-income bracket as well as the flexibility of property prices.

“Our figures in trade are very modest, but it does not really reflect our potential, it should be more. So, I am hoping that we can increase those numbers and create more awareness about the market here in Trinidad and Tobago and to draw some attention to the possibilities of what Türkiye can do,” Yiğitgüde said.
