Lara Quentrall-Thomas, president, TTCSI, commenting on the restructuring of the state-owned energy company, said: “There is always an opportunity in a crisis but I think we need to be part of that conversation. How will it impact the services sector in south and central Trinidad? What can we do to provide services for those individuals who are being made redundant?
