Throughout 2023, TTCSI championed the cause of service firms with vigour. Our targeted "boot camps" fortified businesses for the global export market and our continuous efforts to provide decision makers with up-to-date data analytics on services earned us recognition regionally.

Our series has been instrumental in linking tourism with manufacturing, spotlighting ICT and BPO achievements, and magnifying creative industries. This initiative is pivotal in providing our firms with the insights needed to navigate global markets. Over the past eight months, we covered 13 webinars, hosted 4 in person sessions with Ambassadors of the designated countries as well as hosted a session with the Honourable Phillip E. Davis, Prime Minister of The Bahamas. The average participation rate at the DBWS was 85. Bernard Campbell, CEO, Intelligent Business Advantage Ltd. summed it up best in a recent interview with the Trinidad Guardian when he describes the DBWS as a ”board meeting specifically set up for the business person seeking international markets. Our webinars and events, blending the virtual and physical realms, have been cornerstones of knowledge sharing and networking.
